At ISIS, we relish the task of designing our next network and we begin by doing a thorough site review to determine our physical constraints. We follow that up by having you, our clients, complete a detailed information summary which allows us to see, from your perspective, the potential usage characteristics of your IT investment. These two things as well as industry determined standards, allow us to conceptually begin designing a custom network solution.
Once we have established an agreed upon design for the network, we will begin sourcing all of the necessary components from hardware and software to licensing and specialty requests. These will be expertly installed and configured during the Implementation Phase.
We have a group of technicians who can handle everything from a small network roll-out to 200 users and beyond. If necessary, we will complete the installation after-hours to minimize disruption and downtime to your business. You can be assured that no matter what we roll out, it will be as transparent and seamless as possible to minimize the cost to your business.
At ISIS, we endeavor to provide fast and accurate IT troubleshooting. We provide our clients with multiple options for support which enable us to proactively monitor and troubleshoot their networks. We offer tried and true industry standards such as 24×7 Telephone Support and Remote troubleshooting as well as Emergency or Scheduled On-Site Assistance.
In addition, we offer a proprietary ISIS solution to all of our clients. We refer to this as the "IT Escalation Tool" (IET). It is a web-based support and request management system that instantly alerts an ISIS technician of a client's requests via email and text messaging. Depending on the severity level of the IET request, an ISIS tech will respond within a guaranteed period of time.

We have 2 Microsoft Certified Trainers on staff - one is an "MCTS Enterprise Messaging Administrator". Each has more than 10 years experience teaching Microsoft Certified Curriculum and developing and delivering customized training. We are up-to-date on and specialize in teaching "Active Directory Federation Services", "Exchange 2007", "Server 2008" and "System Center Configuration Manager".
